First time I got both chicken fried and roasted, I prefer the roasted chicken. I got the rice and coleslaw. Rice was bland. Slaw was good. I also got the flan my husband said it was good
I don’t even eat chicken . This I tried for the first time today and it was so good I went back today for a second time . Cause baby , first time drive thru and two hours later I sat inside with my little family and we had a great time . And it was clean inside and Shanice took care of me and I was just so happy and please . That empanadas, number one , the chicken wings , number two , and the chicken sandwich number three . In that order.
The food here is absolutely amazing the staff are friendly with fantastic service our food came out quickly fresh and hot the drinks are really good I love the Jamaica drink the deserts are also amazing i recommend the churros and the new hot green sauce is just icing on the cake the store is always clean and organized definitely recommend this place
The set up is fast food. But they give you ceramic plates and metal utensils, so there is a restaurant feel. And you leave it at the table so they come and bus the tables. I was surprised when I was approached by an associate to ask if everything was OK, I mistakenly dropped a napkin and before I tried to pick it up another associate already did. So as far as I know, they’re on top of their game. Tip worthy. Which I did. It was a little cold, but I’m not taking away a star for that. It’s my first time there. When I go again, I’ll be more dressed for the occasion. I have a chicken and I mix the match fried chicken slow roast. The flavor was amazing. The quantity of food amazing. O ordered 4 piece chicken meal, which is half a chicken with sides and drink. They might be a little pricey, but if I’m not mistaken, I paid about 13 or $14 and I was stuffed with real food compared to a combo from a fast food restaurant where I’ll Probably pay a little less a lot worse food. We just move to the area and this location is just cross the street from our new home. We visited several pollo camperos in the past most in VA and MD but this one is unique and with a Caribbean flavor. Thalia was very helpful and nice, very customer oriented and also offered some goodies from the survey. A must if you are around Kissimmee/Ponciana or just visiting Disney.
When there for the first time not expecting nothing new, but the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is phenomenal. It's one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. It's better than kfc mcdonald's wendy's or burger king and it's also better then chicken, filet, or whatever you call that restaurant, it's better. It's an authentic Chicken Sandwich, and it tastes out of this world. You have to check out their yuka fries they are out of this world service, phenomenal, the best they treachery, would respect and kindness right when you walk down the door service with a smile
Friendly staff, food was prepared quickly and served on real plates. The roasted, fried chicken and the nuggets were delicious as were the fries and plantains. I hope they expand into Virginia! Overall great experience!

First time coming to pollo, absolutely amazing! Had a really good meal, and they were extremely fast. The staff was already really nice! Would 100% recommend to anyone who loves some good Hispanic food!
This was my husband’s and my first time trying Pollo Campero in Poinciana, and we absolutely loved it! Tiara, who took our order through the drive-thru, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since it was our first time, we asked for her opinion, and she didn’t hesitate at all—she was so helpful and patient. The fried chicken was delicious, crispy, and full of flavor. Such a great first experience. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
